The Power Bag is a training device that has been used by athletes for many years now. It was originally created to help with vertical jump, but you can also use it to train your balance and core. The Power Bag is the perfect way to take your workout home so you don't have to be in a gym all day!

Ever wonder why your vertical is so low?

Simply place a weighted power bag between your legs (1-2kg) or on top of your thighs (5-10kg). Next, squat down then explode up as high as possible. Repeat this process 10 times. As an added challenge, try jumping over the bag after each rep! This will give you a great workout while also improving explosiveness and verticality in all athletic endeavors.
